You may have heard it said "accidents happen!" indeed they do; however, in most cases they don't just happen, they are actually, in fact, constructed as part of a sequence. Three basic elements usually exist in the construction of an accident.![]()
An accident is: "An 1.) unsafe condition or situation, that is compounded or aggravated by an 2.) unsafe act or event, which terminates, usually suddenly, with 3.) undesirable consequences, e.g. "injury, damage, embarrassment, etc."
Ignorance --- Carelessness --- Negligence --- Incompetence --- Misconduct --- "STUPIDITY"
